• The first visit is usually a longer session to bring everything up to our regular standard
The first visit is typically charged at double the ongoing visit rate. Ongoing visits are tailored to your home, with a minimum of $240 per visit.

Not at all! You can choose to be home or provide us with access. Many clients leave keys or provide entry codes for convenience. Rest assured, our team have undergone a police check and are fully insured.
We ask you! We send you an online form prior to our initial site inspection, covering the do's and don't of your home, plus any personal preferences and priorities you may have.
We bring all our own cleaning products and equipment. We use eco-friendly products wherever possible. If you have specific preferences, or want us to use something from your home, let us know in advance.
Our Deep Clean is a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning of your home, including windows, ovens, and other often-overlooked areas. This service is perfect for spring cleaning, moving in or out, or preparing for special occasions.
Pricing varies based on the size of your home, the type of service required, and any custom requests. We provide an on-site assessment to give you a personalised quote.
We understand that things come up! Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
Sometimes things come up! I have a young family that do sometimes get sick. If this is the case, I will do my best to shuffle your clean around and fit you in where possible.
Yes absolutely! Our Routine Refresh service is perfect for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleaning. We’ll work with you to set up a schedule that fits your needs.
